 The short answer is $3.50 a foot or $1344.00 for a 12x12x8-foot room. That includes painting trim around windows and doors, 2 colors of paint (trim and walls), 2 coats, moving furniture around, and protecting the stuff in the room we don't want painted.

That may seem high to "just" paint a room. But I promise, if painting is more than 20% of the work, your paint will turn out looking ratchet. The tiny holes for your pictures, you hung three times, the spackle the original drywall left on the wall, and the hole where the towel rack ripped off the wall all need to be patched, sanded, or filled.

We generally use Behr Dynasty products. In the scale of good, better, best, this is the best and costs about $70 / gallon. Additional supplies like stain blocker, primer, blue tape, drop cloths, brushes, rollers, tips, etc also contribute to the total.

If you would like a few small areas repaired and painted, we can handle those for you, too. Typically, these types of repairs involve a hole, and so we must come at least two times to repair the hole, allow it to dry, and return to sand and paint.
